NAR’s policy just changed... Again. What you don’t know could cost you.

Hosted by Colibri Real Estate on behalf of our sister school.

The rules are changing, and so is the balance of power in real estate.

In March, NAR updated its Clear Cooperation Policy. Since then, the industry has been anything but cooperative.

This isn’t just a policy tweak. It’s a power shift. And it’s already forcing brokerages, agents, and MLSs to make high-stakes decisions about how listings are shared, marketed, and disclosed.

Some are calling it a win for fairness. Others say it’s a direct threat to innovation and a legal liability in the making. Meanwhile, agents in the field are left wondering: What do I actually need to do now? What happens if I get it wrong?

Join the conversation that’s dividing the industry.

This live panel brings together voices from across the real estate spectrum, including Compass, eXp Realty, Zillow, and state regulation, to answer the hard questions others are avoiding:

  • What problem was Clear Cooperation supposed to solve in the first place?
  • What’s actually changing with the new update— and what’s still vague?
  • Why are major firms planting flags on opposite sides?
  • What happens if you don’t comply? Who’s watching?
  • What’s at stake for listing data, client conversations, and your marketing strategy?
  • And what if there were no Clear Cooperation rules at all?

Who Should Attend: Real estate brokers, licensed agents, MLS executives, and team leads navigating compliance, marketing strategy, and legal risk. AKA, you!

Secure your seat before the industry shifts without you.
